Here is an explanation of the proccess and machines used in the company to produce the machined parts.
First format cut with modern CNC- cutting machines depending on the raw material used.
Flanker works with actualized programs of optimization in order to obtain the maximum of material benefit and the minimum of waste material.
SANDING AND VARNISHING

Sanding:
Manual sanding in special sanding stations for particular finishes.

Varnishing:
Covering the sanded surface with varnishes and lacquers.
This includes also the application of colours.
This process is realized in one fully- automated varnishing line with UV-dryer or, in special occasions, manual in the varnishing chamber.
Process of closure of
edges with different materials: woods, laminates, PVC, ABS and all kinds of plastic moldings.
The edging can be realized both on rectangular and curved parts.
ASSEMBLY LINE
Realization of all kinds of assemblies tailored to the needs of the customer.
Realization of shaping and transformation of the pieces.
Such as contours, holes, cut-outs and grooves necessary for the later assembly.
